Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of The Reselling Blueprint from JFB productions LLC. It supplements any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.

Seven-day request period

After paid course access is delivered, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of first receiving access. Refunds may be declined if you have consumed or copied a substantial portion of the course or resources; violated the Terms; shared access; or purchased fraudulently. This limitation does not apply where law requires a refund.

How to request a refund

Send the request through the seller contact method on your receipt or inside your course account. Include the purchaser email, order number, and reason for the request. Do not send passwords or complete payment credentials. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider; bank processing times may vary.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising lawful payment-dispute rights. Fraudulent or bad-faith disputes may result in suspended course access.

Policy changes

The version presented when you purchase governs that purchase unless a later change gives you more favorable rights or applicable law requires otherwise.
